RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY IN PELVIS AND ABDOMINAL
CAVITY WORKSHOP
A theoretical workshop delivered in the form of expert lectures, conducted by recognized specialists in advanced gynecologic and reconstructive surgery, focused on the principles of reconstruction within the pelvis and the abdominal cavity.
The program is centered on the anatomical, technical, and functional aspects of reconstructive surgery, with particular emphasis on restoring normal anatomical relationships following extensive gynecologic procedures.
Topics covered:
- reconstructive surgery of the large and small intestine, including relevant anatomical considerations
- reconstructive procedures within the urinary tract, including relevant anatomical considerations
- principles of planning reconstructive surgery in pelvic and abdominal surgery
- functional outcomes and patient safety
- the role of reconstructive surgery in the management of endometriosis and gynecologic malignancies The workshop serves as a complementary theoretical component to operative training, providing a structured, expert-level educational framework for gynecologic surgeons developing skills in advanced operative and reconstructive gynecology.

USEFUL ANATOMICAL TIPS FOR YOUR DAILY PRACTICE WORKSHOP
Pelvic anatomy, very complicated and full of surprises - that is how it can be described. A good knowledge of it is essential in order to perform safe surgery in gynaecology, especially in diseases as complex as deep endometriosis or oncology.
This workshop is designed to widen the knowledge of normal and pathological anatomy. We plan to teach techniques of the exposure of natural anatomical spaces, the topography of organs and the principles of safe movement in those areas of the pelvis that are most at risk of damage, and in consequence, at risk of the patient's life.
We need to learn safe and precise surgery even in the most difficult anatomical conditions.
This course will be leading by fluent in pelvic anatomy speakers who are as well instructors on anatomical workshops in IRCAD : 2 hour course.

SUTURING OF THE VESSELS WORKSHOP - WET TISSUE
Improve your surgical skills in pelvic and abdominal vascular surgery! We are pleased to invite you to a modern, hands-on workshop designed exclusively for gynecologists who wish to broaden their expertise in a crucial aspect of our surgery-vascular suturing-which can be indispensable in high-stakes intraoperative situations. Join us for the "Vascular Suturing for Gynecologists" workshop using tissue-based training material.
Master the art of blood vessel suturing with a strong emphasis on precision and safety. An experienced instructor will provide a detailed overview of the types and calibers of vessels in the pelvis. Translate theory into practice through intensive practical sessions. Enhance your precision in suturing techniques and gain a deeper understanding of tissue handling. This workshop is organized to improve patient care and refine techniques in gynecologic surgery. Learn vascular suturing techniques on tissue material to optimize patient outcomes, minimize complications, and reduce operative risk.

ADVANCED ANATOMICAL WORKSHOP - ANATOMY OF THE MID-ABDOMEN, UPPER ABDOMEN, AND DIAPHRAGM
This workshop is dedicated to an advanced analysis of the anatomy of the upper and mid-abdominal cavity and the diaphragm-areas of particular interest to advanced pelvic and abdominal surgeons.
It is a specialized training format developed by experienced gynecologic oncologists, a thoracic surgeon, and an abdominal and hepatobiliary surgeon for gynecologists who wish to broaden their horizons and be prepared for challenges extending beyond the lesser pelvis.
The program includes an in-depth review of abdominal organ topography, with particular emphasis on parenchymal organs, and of their spatial relationships relevant to surgical planning and procedural safety. Special attention will be given to the anatomical interrelationships between the diaphragm, upper abdomen, mid-abdomen, and lesser pelvis in the context of the spread of endometriosis, deeply infiltrating disease, and oncologic processes.
Key anatomical spaces, lymphatic pathways, and risk areas will be discussed as they relate to both laparoscopic and open surgery, including procedures involving the diaphragm and the upper abdominal compartment.

SIMPLE HYSTERECTOMY
A two-hour course delivered by Polish experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques. Each Professor will present one operative technique, including practical "tips and tricks, its indications, and limitations.
Selected instructive clinical cases will be discussed, together with the key principles ensuring correct and safe execution of each technique. The faculty will demonstrate how anatomical variations necessitate modifications of the surgical approach and how to manage them without increasing the risk of complications.
The program features engaging, well-structured presentations of both laparoscopic and vaginal techniques across a range of gynecologic disorders.
Invited experts co-leading the workshops will share their unique, experience-based "tips and tricks" related to the operative performance of each technique discussed and its applicability to different clinical conditions.

ENERGY WORKSHOP WITH HANDS-ON
The second element of safe surgery, apart from to the knowledge of anatomy, is the science of the energies used to close and transsect tissues and vessels.
Due to this knowledge unwanted iatrogenic complications can be prevented and avoided.
This workshop, in addition to presenting the principles of use of various types of energy, learning the applications of the instruments and the zone of their thermal damage, will give the opportunity to try these activities on animal models ( tissue models).
Without having this knowledge, advanced pelvic surgery, full of delicate, vulnerable structures, is impossible. This course will be leading by experts of minimally invasive surgery :
